Ingredients: Jiang Mo 15g, soy sauce, white sugar, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, sweet noodle sauce, peanut oil and stock.
Production method:
1. Beat the eggs and mix well. Stripped pork belly, washed and chopped into powder. The mushroom is pedicled, washed and diced. Wash coriander and cut into sections. Wash shallots and cut into powder. Wash cucumber and shred.
2. Put the minced meat in a hot oil pan and stir-fry until it becomes discolored, then take it out. Turn the scrambled eggs in a 70% hot oil pan and take them out.
3. Boil the water in the pot, add a little salt, add water to the dough 10 minutes until cooked, remove and add the broth.
4. Heat oil in the pan, add sweet noodle sauce and soy sauce and stir-fry until it is thick, then add minced meat, diced mushrooms, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, monosodium glutamate and eggs and stir-fry until the sauce is thick, then pour sesame oil, put it in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion and parsley.
