2. Remove the internal organs of the tongue fish, scrape off the scales on both sides, and cut tic-tac-toe slits in the back of the fish for flavor.
3. Mix seasonings: soy sauce, cooking wine, salt.
4. Pour over the fish.
5. Chop finely shredded green onion and ginger and sprinkle on top.
6. Steam on the steamer for 4 minutes.
7. Out of the pot, pour a little hot peanut oil, delicious steamed fish finished.
