Exercise:

Soak dried bamboo shoots in rice washing water, wash them repeatedly with clear water, and cut them into sections about 2 inches long.
2. Cut the chicken into large pieces and add three times less water in the casserole than the chicken.
3. After boiling, skim the blood foam, add wine, cut into large pieces of ginger, and simmer slowly.
4. After about an hour, when the chicken begins to soften, add chopped dried bamboo shoots, stew for another hour, and add salt to taste.
