Family preservation method of grapes
If you can't finish eating the grapes, you can't put them in the refrigerator. I'll teach you three tricks, and it's not bad to put them on for a year. Now is the season when a large number of grapes are on the market, and the price is relatively cheap. Eating more grapes is also good for our health. Especially grape seed is a natural antioxidant. In addition, eating more grapes also helps to soften blood vessels and protect the heart. When the old people in the family went to the physical examination, the doctor suggested eating more grapes. Friends who often eat grapes know that grapes are very difficult to preserve. If you don't eat it all, 1-2 days will rot, which is a pity.

Today, I will share with you three tips for preserving grapes, so that the preserved grapes will not go bad after one year, which is very simple and practical. Let's take a look together ~

First, the refrigerator refrigeration method.

Many people buy grapes home and put them in the refrigerator directly after eating, but they often have no effect and will go bad in a day or two. Therefore, inedible grapes can't be put in the refrigerator directly, so they need to be treated first.

Remember not to wash all the grapes after you buy them, but wash as much as you eat. First, we will cut the grapes that need to be preserved one by one with scissors. When cutting, pay attention to leave a little stalk on the grapes, and don't cut the pulp, so it won't pollute the pulp and rot. At the same time, we need to check the grape grains. If there are particularly soft or bad grapes, we should pick them out in time so as not to affect other grapes. We should choose fresh and full grapes to preserve.

Then we prepare a clean and dry fresh-keeping box with a layer of clean paper at the bottom, then put the grapes in it and put a layer of clean and dry paper on it when sealing. Then put the crisper in the refrigerator for refrigeration. Grapes can be preserved for about a week in this way, and they all taste fresh.

Second, the refrigerator freezing method.

First, cut the grapes one by one. Also, be careful to leave some stalks and don't cut them into the flesh. Put them in the pot. After cutting it all, add water, then add a little salt and flour. Grasping salt by hand can sterilize and remove pesticide residues, while flour can absorb the dirt on the surface of grapes, and then rinse the grapes with clear water several times to wash them thoroughly.

Drain the excess water on the cleaned grape surface. Then put it in a fresh-keeping box. Cover the seal and put it in the freezer. This makes it a frozen grape. Take it out of the refrigerator when you eat it. Do not thaw. Eat it directly, it tastes good. And we always put it in a fresh-keeping box, which can prevent the water loss in the grapes. Preserving grapes in this way can keep them for a year.

Third, canned grapes.

Many friends like to eat canned grapes, which are sweet and sour, but if they are bought outside, there will inevitably be some additives or preservatives in the production process, so it is hard to say whether they will use stale grapes. My family will never buy canned grapes outside. Now that grapes are on the market, we can buy more, make canned grapes, and keep them and eat them slowly.

First of all, we need to pick grapes and choose fresh and full grapes to make. Then wash the grapes, as mentioned in the second fresh-keeping method. In order to clean the grapes, we need to peel them off. Here, we can cut the grapes vertically with toothpicks, and then peel them off easily.

According to the number of grapes, prepare some glass jars. Disinfect the glass jar with boiling water first, then turn it upside down and dry it fully. Put our grapes in a glass jar, be careful not to fill them too full, just 7-8 minutes, then add a proper amount of yellow rock sugar, the ratio of sugar to grapes is about 1: 10, and then add a proper amount of boiled water or purified water. Then cover it, do not tighten it. After the water in the steamer is boiled, we put the jar in and steam it for about 8 minutes. Then take it out and cool it, and check it again to ensure that the cover is tightly sealed. It is no problem to eat canned grapes made in this way during the New Year.
