Ingredients: two loofahs, 400g glutinous rice flour, and proper amount of refined salt.
1, prepare loofah. Peel, wash, slice and sprinkle with salt.
2. Marinate for about half an hour.
3. Drainage.
4. Prepare glutinous rice flour and dried loofah, and evenly wrap the loofah with glutinous rice flour.
5. Do it in turn, put it in the sun and turn it over for a few hours.
6. After drying, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and keep it in the refrigerator, and carry it with you.
7. When you want to eat, a layer of rice flour and a layer of loofah.
8. Spread it out, sprinkle some water and sesame oil, put it in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
