1. Pour corn oil into a basin, add brown sugar and beat evenly with an egg beater.
2. Add eggs and continue to beat evenly. Add low-gluten flour, baking powder and oatmeal.
3. Mix all the materials into a ball (don't rub it hard).
4. Take a proper amount of materials and ball them in a baking tray, leaving a certain interval in the middle.
5. Flatten the biscuit balls to about 1cm thick with your fingers, put them in a preheated oven and bake at 18 degrees for 2min.
