Preparation materials: pumpkin 300g, salt, chicken essence, blending oil, fermented soybean and chopped pepper.
First, the first step is to peel and seed the prepared pumpkin, as shown in the figure below.
Second, the sliced pumpkin is mixed with appropriate amount of salt and put into the basin, as shown in the figure below.
Third, pour less oil into the pot. When the oil temperature is 5 minutes hot, pour the lobster sauce and saute, as shown in the figure below.
Fourth, the cold water steamer, put the lobster sauce evenly on it, and the fire 15 minutes, as shown in the figure below.
5. After opening, evenly spread a proper amount of chopped pepper, evenly sprinkle the chicken essence on the pumpkin, and cover it with fire for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat after six or two minutes, and then serve it out, so that the steamed pumpkin is ready.
