Can pumpkins be steamed?
Yes, you can.

Preparation materials: pumpkin 300g, salt, chicken essence, blending oil, fermented soybean and chopped pepper.

First, the first step is to peel and seed the prepared pumpkin, as shown in the figure below.

Second, the sliced pumpkin is mixed with appropriate amount of salt and put into the basin, as shown in the figure below.

Third, pour less oil into the pot. When the oil temperature is 5 minutes hot, pour the lobster sauce and saute, as shown in the figure below.
