1. Cut pig bones into large pieces, blanch them with ginger slices and wash them for later use;
2. Wash the sea dragon with clear water;
3. Peel, wash and cut carrots.
4. Peel the lotus root, wash it and cut it into pieces.
5. Boil the boiling water in the pot to about 2L. After the water boils, put all the prepared materials into the pot. After boiling on high fire for 5 minutes, turn to low fire and cook for about 2 hours. (I use the soup cooking mode of the rice cooker)
6. Add a little salt to taste before eating! !
