Ingredients for barbecued pork fried rice
180g barbecued pork; 320g rice; 2 eggs; appropriate amount of chopped green onion; appropriate amount of salt; 5g light soy sauce; 5g barbecued pork sauce.
Steps to make barbecued pork fried rice
1. Cut the barbecued pork into granules and set aside.
2 Beat the eggs and stir-fry until cooked, set aside.
3 Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot again, heat it up, add rice and stir-fry evenly.
4 Pour in the diced barbecued pork and stir-fry evenly.
5 Then pour in the eggs and stir well.
