How to Make Red Bean Cheese Buns

Put the milk, egg, 40G sugar, salt, bread flour and yeast into the bucket of the bread maker in order, and turn on the dough making program.

Cooking Tips
Make sure to finish the crust to the bottom of the mold, the first time I made them I had a few that didn't rise to the bottom, and the finished product was missing an opening. These doughs make about 12 Burgermeister bread embryos for two Burgermeister molds.
