Practice of Anshun Shuimo Bean Hot Pot
Cooked green bean rice, pickled cabbage (cut into sections), pickled or dried peppers, garlic sprouts, onions, ginger slices, oil residue (white), old bacon or fresh meat slices;

Seasoning:

Salt, monosodium glutamate, broth or stock of kidney bean rice, white pepper and lard;

Production method:

1. Melt lard in a pot, then add ginger slices, pickled peppers or dried Chili slices, fresh meat slices, oil residue and sauerkraut, and stir-fry until fragrant;

2. Pour in mung bean rice and saute until fragrant, then add garlic sprouts and onion slices and saute until fragrant; (Suggest medium fire)

3. Finally, pour the broth or the original soup of mung bean rice, add salt, monosodium glutamate and white pepper to boil.

4. When eating, put Guizhou old bacon or Guizhou sausage and cook it. You can also eat it with your favorite vegetables, fungi and meat.

Production of soaking water:

Pour chopped green onion, salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, white pepper powder, broken ear root powder, fermented soybean, moldy tofu, litsea cubeba oil, coriander powder and fennel into hot soup and mix well.
