Generally speaking, the adverse reactions of this product are not common, and usually disappear after continued medication or withdrawal. 1. Common adverse reactions include diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, headache and rash. 2. This product has mild antiandrogen effect. When the dosage is large (above 1.6g per day), it can cause breast development in men, galactorrhea in women, decreased libido, impotence, decreased sperm count and so on. It will disappear after stopping the drug. 3. This product can penetrate the blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier and has certain neurotoxicity. Occasionally, mental disorders are common in the elderly, young children and seriously ill patients, and can be recovered within 48 hours after drug withdrawal. When treating gastrointestinal complications of alcoholics, delirium tremens may appear, which is similar to alcohol withdrawal syndrome. 4. Rare adverse reactions of this product include allergic reaction, fever, joint pain, myalgia, granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenia, interstitial nephritis, hepatotoxicity, bradycardia and tachycardia.
