Preparation method of sugar coating:
Prepare the above materials.
1: Warm water and protein powder are mixed evenly.
2. Sieve the sugar powder and mix the protein powder.
3: The medium-speed K-type paddle is peaked, and glycerin and lemon juice are added in the middle.
Frosting can be roughly divided into four forms (fluidity, semi-fluidity, soft tip and hard tip).
Flow icing: suitable for painting large areas of roads. Slowly add a few drops of egg white into the basic icing, and stir until it falls in the floating area, leveling 10 second.
Semi-fluid, soft-pointed and hard-pointed, slowly add a little powdered sugar into the fluid icing and stir evenly to the required state.
Semi-fluidity: 15 second leveling (suitable for transfer printing, small area paving, etc. )
Soft tip: olecranon shape (suitable for pulling wires, 2d flowers, grass, etc.). )
Hard tip: sharp and angular (suitable for making flowers, etc. )
The basic icing is ready.
Draw the state on the basis of modulation as needed. Select the color you want. Pigment needs to be added little by little, not too much at once. Mix the colors with a spatula. Adjust to the required color and put it in a thin paper or small paper bag for later use.
