How to make water radish soup:
Ingredients: white radish, water, wolfberry, salt, pepper, chicken essence, sesame oil.
Cooking process:
1. Put the shredded radish or pieces into the hot stock and bring to a boil over medium-low heat.
2. After boiling, turn to low heat and continue cooking for about 10-15 minutes, so that the radish is cooked and fully absorbs the soup.
3. While cooking the radish, wash the wolfberry and soak it in warm water and set aside.
4. When the radish is cooked, add the soaked wolfberry and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and salt and cook for another minute.
6. Add coriander and bring to a boil.
