The texture is hard. Chimonobambusa bambusa mainly grows in the plateau mountainous area at an altitude of 1400 m to 2,500m. Its shape is square and angular. Its bamboo shoots do not appear in spring but flourish in autumn. It is a rare thing that grows by absorbing the aura of nature. After drying, its bamboo shoots are called dry bamboo shoots, which are hard in texture and need to be thoroughly soaked before being used for cooking.
