How to stir-fry celery and yuba:
Ingredients: 200 grams of celery and 200 grams of yuba.
Accessories: a little clam powder, appropriate amount of salt.
1. First, wash our celery and cut it into sections with a diagonal knife. If the diagonal cut is larger, it will be easier to taste.
2. Then we rinse the soaked yuba with clean water, squeeze out the water, and put it on a plate for later use.
3. Then heat the pan and stir-fry the chopped green onions, add the celery, and quickly stir-fry the celery for 1 minute.
4. Finally, add the bean curd sticks, stir-fry a few times, add a little clam powder (same effect as chicken essence, fresher than chicken essence and no peculiar smell) and an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry quickly and evenly to incorporate the flavor.
