Vinegar Yo Family is a series of cartoons compiled by Taiwanese cartoonist Zhu Deyong from 1989 in China Times, Taiwan Province Province for more than nine years, which consists of four volumes, namely Vinegar Yo Family, Vinegar Yo Family 2, Vinegar Yo Family 3, Vinegar City and Vinegar Yo Family. After publication, it sold well in three places, and was adapted into a fashionable TV series, which led a jealousy among China readers. In 2009, the full-color revised edition of Vinegar Friends series was listed in Chinese mainland and published by Modern Publishing House. Zhu Deyong personally dressed sour vinegar friends in light-colored clothes, re-sketched the colorful and absurd life of fresh urban men and women, and made the series of vinegar friends become fashionable reading materials for contemporary young people to reflect on their hearts.
