Step 1. Brush the scallop shells clean, then remove the scallop's belly and intestines, leaving the white meat in the center. Scald the vermicelli with boiling water to soften it, take a little disk in the scallop shell, and then put on the cleaned shellfish meat. Then add a microwave steamer bowl with appropriate amount of water, set up a steamer drawer and put each finished scallop on top.
Step 2. Mince the garlic finely.
Step 3. Sprinkle the garlic evenly over each scallop.
Step 4. Then drizzle the steamed fish soy sauce evenly over each shell.
Step 5. Then put the microwave steaming bowl into the microwave.
Step 6. Cover the bowl and set the heat on high to steam for 3 minutes.
