Practice:
1, first heat the prepared hot braised chicken feet, prepare the side dishes, wash and cut them for later use.
2, adjust a sauce:
Add two spoons of soy sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of cooking wine, one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of sugar and mix well in the bowl.
3. Stir-fry the fragrant ginger, garlic and onion in oil, pour in the shrimp and stir-fry until it changes color, add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry until it is colored, and add corn, carrots and potatoes to stir-fry evenly.
4. Pour in the sauce, add a bowl of water, stew until the potatoes and carrots are soft, add the rice cake and cook, add the chicken feet and stir fry evenly, sprinkle with chopped green onion and cooked sesame seeds.
