Ingredients
1 egg yolk, 1 whole egg, 20g sugar, 200ml milk, appropriate amount of vanilla pod/extract, appropriate amount of sugar, appropriate amount of water
Method
1. Use a [[thick-bottomed]] stainless steel pot to cook the caramel. Add an appropriate amount of white sugar and 1 cup of water to cover the sugar slightly. Do not stir before boiling. If it is about to start to brown, you can use a whisk to stir evenly. After cooking, , while hot, pour into a glass
2. Warm the milk (80 degrees) without boiling, add sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
3. Let the milk cool and add vanilla extract ( 2-3 drops) and then pour into the eggs, stir evenly and filter twice before pouring into the glass
4. Place hot water in the outer baking pan, steam method, heat up and down to 150 degrees for 30 -40 mins
5. The method to avoid pores is to cover the cup with a layer of aluminum foil and poke holes to allow air to convection, otherwise the pudding will erupt volcanically
