Steps
1. Chop the chicken wings into small pieces and marinate them in the marinade for 15 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken marinated chicken pieces and saute.
3. Keep the heat on high and keep stirring on the way until the surface of the chicken pieces is golden brown and the fat is drained off, then remove and set aside.
4. Add ginger and garlic to the pan and stir-fry for flavor.
5. Add chopped red bell pepper and peppercorns and stir-fry for flavor.
6. Throw in the chicken pieces, add Seasoning A (1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar), and 1/3 cup water (not over the chicken pieces), bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low.
7. Finally, drain the water completely.
