What vinegar should spicy garlic eat?
Ordinary rice vinegar should be used for pickling Laba garlic. White rice vinegar is not brewed from pure grain, so the taste cannot be guaranteed. The color of garlic soaked in mature vinegar is black, the garlic cloves are not green enough, and the taste is poor, especially the smoked vinegar is slightly burnt, which is not suitable for pickling Laba garlic.
