Ingredients: jujube1000g, water 2500g (final1000g).
Ingredients: hawthorn 150g.
Seasoning: rock sugar 100g.
Practice: 1, wash jujube and hawthorn. 2. Put jujube and hawthorn into the pot and boil. Turn the heat down and cook for 45 minutes. Turn off the fire when the jujube meat is cooked and the water evaporates more than half. 3. Remove jujube meat and stone with a colander, squeeze out jujube juice with a spoon, and keep the remaining jujube residue for other purposes. 4. Add rock sugar to the jujube juice and simmer until it melts, and the sweet and sour jujube tea is finished.
Special note: making jujube tea requires stainless steel pot or casserole.
