Artemisia selengensis, alias Artemisia argyi, Artemisia selengensis, Chrysanthemum morifolium, Artemisia selengensis and Artemisia selengensis, belongs to the genus Glechoma in Compositae. Chrysanthemum morifolium is native to Mediterranean, Central Asia and Arabian Peninsula, and has been introduced all over the world, such as Australia, India, Germany, France, Laos, Vietnam, South Korea and Russia.
There are cultivated gardens all over China, and there are wild plants in Hebei and Shandong. Chrysanthemum morifolium mainly grows in temperate biota with weak light, and the soil is generally slightly acidic, and it grows in wild vegetation, fields, roadsides and urban wasteland.
