Beat the eggs, milk and sugar together, stir well, then add flour and a spoonful of baking powder (baking powder is purely tentative), and knead until the dough is allowed to stand and ferment (note: if the material is pure milk, you can add more sugar, because my real fruit particles are sweet, so adding two spoonfuls of sugar is enough)

3. Apply oil on the chopping board to prevent the dough from sticking to the dough, press it thin, and then buckle it into a round biscuit shape with a small bottle.

4. Spread the bottom with plastic film, then put oil on it, put the dough evenly on it (the picture shows that it has been baked for about 30 seconds before it is taken out), then put it in the microwave oven and transfer it to the barbecue stall.

This is a little thinner after trying again.

Generally, baking with a thickness of less than 5 minutes is enough, and a little thinner within 3 minutes is probably enough to see a brown burnt shape in the middle (because it all starts from the middle, and if it is longer, the middle will be fully burnt). When baking, the brown part in the middle of the super milk flavor is particularly crisp, which is the feeling of Xu Fuji pancakes.

7. The finished product can be bagged ~ (I have tried all kinds of surnames. Personally, I think it would be better to be thinner. It may feel light at first, but it will be very milky and sweet when chewed.
