How to make dough cakes:
1. Mix high flour, fine sugar, milk powder and yeast together first, then add egg white and water and mix the flour evenly.
2. Knead the dough (this step is a bit difficult because the amount of water is too large. If you want to make it, use a rice spoon to stir it. Stir it a few times to make it glutenous).
3. Add softened butter and salt and continue kneading until the dough and butter are evenly combined.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment the dough until doubled in size.
5. Sprinkle a layer of flour on the chopping board, pull out small pieces of dough (about 60 grams), place them on the chopping board and knead into a ball (use flour to assist if you are afraid of sticking).
6. Take a pan, pour a little salad oil, heat the oil, press the dough into a round shape, spread it into the frying pan, and slowly press it with your hands in the pan. Open and spread into a larger round pancake.
7. Turn on medium-low heat throughout the process, flip both sides and fry repeatedly until golden brown, then serve.
8. Cut the bread into small pieces and eat it with salad dressing. It tastes very good.
