(1) Bowls of chicken

There are also many kinds of fillings for pot helmets, beef, pork, brown sugar, pretzel salt ...... Among them, the most popular ones are beef and pretzel salt. The stuffed helmets are cooked in a flat pan until they are squeaky clean and golden brown on both sides, and then clamped with a poker and baked in a fireplace under the pan.
(3) Fatty Intestine Vermicelli
Good fat intestine vermicelli stores usually make their own sweet potato vermicelli, and the broth in which the vermicelli is cooked is made from pork bones and fat intestines; after the sweet potato vermicelli is fully absorbed by the broth, it's then served with fat intestines, red oil, chili peppers, and dried plum vegetables. If you add a few spoons of vinegar, it will become a good hot and sour noodle. By the way, be sure to add a serving of risotto. Setsuna is a section of knotted fat intestines, which become swollen and bulbous after being soaked in the soup, so be careful of splashing out the juice when biting into it. In addition, the fat sausage noodles and pot helmet are the best companion, soft and tender meets crispy and tender, is a wonderful collision.
(4) Shuangliu Rabbit Head
There is another delicacy in Chengdu that is loved by those who like it and shunned by those who hate it: the very famous rabbit head. As one of Chengdu's specialty business cards, Shuangliu Old Mother Rabbit Head has been famous for a long time. Half the size of the palm of the rabbit head, bone crisp meat rake, fresh and not fishy. Generally, there are two flavors: spicy and five-spice, the former is mainly hemp, which is very refreshing; the latter is fresh and fragrant, and the brine is fried delicately.
