Exercise:
1. Prepare cakes first!
200g flour+a little salt, 100g water, stir into flour wadding, knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap and wake for 20 minutes.
2. Put the rice noodles in cold water, take them out when the water boils (you can soak them in cold water), pour the oil in the pot, stir-fry the onions, then add the tomatoes, stir-fry until soft and rotten, and then pour the snail powder package and a little Chili oil into the kitchen. This taste is really enjoyable to put on it. Stir-fry and pour in boiling water.
3. After waking up, divide it into small portions, knead it into balls, and soak it in cold water for 5- 10 minutes, then the cake will become tough! Gently pull into rice noodles.
4. Turn off the heat, put the oil in the pot, put the rice noodles in the pot, half the bread sticks in the pot, and half stays in the soup. Cover and stew 10 minutes!
5 then sprinkle with rich drops! Drizzle with the remaining Chili oil and vinegar bag and serve.
