1 piece of fish maw, 2 tbsp miso paste, 1 green onion, salt to taste
How to make it
1: Cut the fish maw into thirds.
2: Bring water (about 800ml) to a boil.
3, into the fish maw, cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
4: Ladle out the hot soup and mix with the miso in a bowl to melt, then pour back into the pot.
5. Add the miso and boil for 1 minute, then turn off the heat and add salt to taste.
6. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion to finish.
