Braised Prawns
Ingredients: 700g of black-spotted shrimp, 3 shallots, 4 slices of ginger and 4 cloves of garlic.

6. After the shrimp is fried, the shrimp oil will come out very fragrant. Stir the sauce with chopsticks at this time. Then draw a circle and pour it into the pot. Finally, pour in minced garlic and cook until the juice is collected.
