Exercise:
1. After washing arrowhead, peel it and cut it into small pieces.
Freeze the tofu in the refrigerator overnight, and then cut it into small pieces for later use.
3. Put oil in the pot, heat it, and put in the prepared arrowhead slices.
4. Stir-fry for a while, then pour in the right amount of water.
5. Cook the milky soup with low fire, and then add the tofu.
6. Finally, put the prepared vermicelli into the pot and cook the vermicelli.
Second, fried arrowhead cake materials: arrowhead 1000g, grass carp 250g, dried shrimps 50g, and bacon (raw) 70g.
Seasoning: sugar 15g, salt 8g, monosodium glutamate 4g, pepper 3g, yellow wine 5g, oyster sauce 5g and vegetable oil 30g.
Exercise:
1. Peel arrowhead, wash it and grind it into velvet.
2. Grass carp is slaughtered and pickled, sliced, peeled and chopped into velvet.
3. Shrimp and bacon (fat bacon) are cut into rice grains respectively.
4. Put the mushrooms, fish and shrimp, and bacon rice together in a pot, add refined salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar and pepper, and mix well to make a cake.
5. Take a square plate, lightly apply a layer of oil, pour the cake in and spread it out.
6. Boil the steamer with high fire, steam the cake for 10 minutes until it is cooked, take it out and cool it, and cut it into Japanese slices to become arrowhead cakes.
7. When eating, put them in the pot one by one, fry them until they are golden on both sides, and cook them with yellow wine and oyster sauce.
Iii. wing root materials of arrowhead roast chicken: chicken wing root 300g, arrowhead 200g, ginger slice 5g, garlic 5g, star anise 1, pepper 1, cinnamon 1, fragrant leaves 1, dried red pepper 2, bright red pepper/kloc-0.
Exercise:
1. Soak the chicken wings in Chili water 10 minute, soak in blood water, and rinse off.
2. Wash arrowheads with clear water.
3. Pick up the washed arrowhead and peel it for later use.
4. Stir-fry the oil in the pot until it is 40% hot, and add rock sugar.
5. Stir-fry until the rock sugar melts, and the rock sugar in the pot will have big bubbles. After a while, the big bubbles will become small and dense bubbles, and you can smell the boiled sugar.
6. Immediately pour in 10ml water, and melt all the coking sugar with a spatula. This water is the color of sugar.
7. Add the washed chicken wings and stir fry quickly over high fire until the surface of the chicken wings is evenly colored.
8. Add 5g slices of ginger, 5g slices of garlic, 1 slice of star anise, 1 slice of pepper, 1 slice of cinnamon,1slice of fragrant leaves, and 2 slices of dried red pepper, and stir-fry for fragrance.
9. Pour in 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoons of salt, stir well, and add 500 ml of water.
10. After the fire boils, skim the floating foam with a small spoon.
1 1. Pour in peeled arrowheads and cook for 20 minutes.
12. Cook the soup and vegetables evenly, stir with a shovel, dry the soup with high fire, and sprinkle with green pepper rings.
