How to make stir-fried cauliflower
1. Wash the cauliflower and break it into evenly sized florets with your hands
2. Shred the ginger, slice the garlic, and mince the green onion< /p>
3. Cut the small red pepper into small pieces
4. Put a little vegetable oil in the pot, heat the oil, add the peppercorns to get fragrant and change color, then add aniseed and fry until the fragrant smell
5. After the aroma comes out, quickly add the small red pepper, onion, ginger and garlic, and continue to stir-fry
6. When the aroma comes out, add the cauliflower, pour a little water and cover it for a minute. The water in the cauliflower will dissolve by itself. When the cauliflower comes out, it will taste more chewy
7. Open the lid and stir-fry over high heat to release the aroma, then pour in the braised soy sauce
8. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. When you see that the cauliflower has softened, add Add a little salt, sugar, and cumin powder, stir-fry the cumin aroma, and take it out of the pot. If you still have a little soup, you can use a small dry pot, light a candle under it, and slowly drain the soup inside. It tastes more delicious
Cooking tips
1. It is best to use loose cauliflower when making stir-fried cauliflower. It is not easy to make soup when stir-fried and the taste is crisper and sweeter;
2. The cumin added at the end enhances the flavor.
