(Meat and vegetable combination) 14.30 cup of yogurt, 25 strawberries (to cleanse the stomach). 17. Order a bowl of mung bean porridge and a salted duck egg (less for dinner). An apple at 20.30 (enhancing immunity), brushing teeth (cleaning mouth) half an hour later and going to bed. See you tomorrow on Tuesday.
