The "Exposure Draft" proposes that advertisers should be responsible for the authenticity and legality of the advertising contents of drugs, medical devices, health foods and formula foods for special medical purposes. Advertisements for drugs, medical devices, health foods and formula foods for special medical purposes shall be clearly marked with the advertisement approval number.

It is worth noting that the "Draft for Comment" has strengthened the protection of minors, stipulating that minors should not be used to introduce medicines, medical devices, health foods and formula foods for special medical purposes; Advertisements for drugs, medical devices, health foods and formula foods for special medical purposes shall not be published in the mass media aimed at minors.
