Step 1: Buy grapes.
When you buy grapes, you can pick some ripe grapes, even if they are scattered. These grapes ferment easily and are relatively cheaper. Common wild grapes can be used to make wine.
Step 2: Wash the grapes with water.
Because the grape skins are likely to remain pesticides, it is very important to clean the grapes. It is best to clean them one by one at a time, then rinse them repeatedly with water and remove the rotten grapes at the same time. Grape skin, which can also be used to make wine, is nutritious.
Step 3: Dry the grapes.
Grapes can leak juice in the container, just leave the surface of the grapes, and when they are full, they can be poured into the jar.
Step 4: Select the container.
Cans can be ceramic cans or glass bottles, but the use of plastic containers is not recommended, because plastic is likely to react with alcohol and produce some toxic substances harmful to human health.
Step 5: Squeeze the grape juice and put it into the container.
Grasp the squeezed grapes by hand, but it is difficult to hold them, then put them in a jar and put sugar in the grape juice. The ratio of grapes to sugar is10: 3,10 kg of grapes and 3 kg of sugar.
Step 6: sealing and storing.
The jar is sealed. If it is ceramic pot, it should be temporarily pasted with dry and wet Buffon, then put into a sealed jar and placed in a cool place. Usually, the lid cannot be turned over or opened at will.
Step 7: Open the sealed jar.
When the weather is hot, the fermentation time of grapes only takes about 20 days to a month. Now it takes about 40 days to make wine this season. After opening the sealed jar, take out the grape skins floating on it and you can drink wine directly. After opening the sealed jar, don't forget to cover the jar when you bring out the wine, so as to prevent all the alcohol from evaporating.
