The method for crispy and delicious pickled garlic is as follows:
Tools/raw materials: fresh garlic, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, white wine, water, pot, jar.
1. Remove the roots and old skin of fresh garlic. Add a little salt to the water and soak it for 2 days. Change the water twice a day so that it will not have a spicy taste.
