Then marinate for three days at the ratio of 5g garlic and 1g salt, and take it out to dry.

Then add the marinade prepared by sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, five-spice powder (optional) and cold boiled water in the proportion of 5 kg of garlic, 2 kg of salt, 1 kg of red (white) sugar and .5 kg of soy sauce, and marinate again. Turn the pickled garlic once a day and eat it in a week.
