Sour soup noodles
Ingredients: rice noodles, meat filling, pickled cabbage, tomatoes
Method:
1. Boil rice noodles in water Remove when cooked and set aside
2. Heat the oil and stir-fry the minced meat until it changes color, then add minced garlic and shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant
3. Add 1 tablespoon of Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until red oil appears , then add sauerkraut and tomatoes and stir-fry evenly
4. Add 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, an appropriate amount of salt, a little chicken essence, stir-fry evenly and then add an appropriate amount of water
5. After the water boils, add rice noodles and stir evenly
6. Finally, sprinkle with coriander and serve
