Bean Sprout Soup

Ingredients
Main Ingredients: Bean Sprouts 500g.
Other ingredients: 1000g pork chop, 100g dried scallop, 2 teaspoons salt, 5g ginger, 1 teaspoon white pepper, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, water.

Practice Steps
1. Wash bean sprouts, pork ribs and dried scallops.
2. Put 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a hot pan, add ginger slices, and stir-fry the ribeye steak to break its color.
3. Stir-fry the ribs until the meat is firm, then pour in boiling water, simmer over high heat until boiling, and skim off the floating powder.
4. Transfer to a saucepan and add the dried scallops to the pan.
5. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in the pot and sauté the bean sprouts.
6. When the bean sprouts are tender, add them to the crock pot, bring to a boil over high heat for 5 minutes, reduce heat and simmer for 90 minutes, season with salt and white pepper before serving.
